Interesting results, in that the iPhone has a more saturated video. As photos on the Note 8 camera are more saturated than the iPhone 8's photos. Although when comparing photo differences, isheep reviewers usually say that the iPhone is 'more realistic', now however, they like the fact that the saturated iPhone video's colours 'pop'….

Being someone who edits video I want a flat neutral image so I can capture more detail and color correct myself. I have no idea about these phones manual settings but if I had to pick one to edit footage I would pick the Note hands down.

I use both iPhone and note 8. The camera on note8 makes me so disappointed, it is just bad. There is no way it can be compared with iPhone camera. I buy note8 for the other features not for the camera .

Would of liked this video to have been shot in 60FPS. It looked very jerky on my MacBook Retina!  Very disappointing camera in that Samdung Note thing.

Wow clear win this time around for iPhone. Last year it was a bit closer with Samsung edging him out. Good job apple this is what we all want to see, everyone stepping up their game…thumbs up!!

if you hold your phone still without quick direction changes, the 4k is fine doing just 30fps.. even if she says "you can't really tell if you're not seeing the video on a 4k monitor" YOU CAN TELL.. THE VIDEO GETS SHARPER NO DOUBT ABOUT IT!

You can clearly see how the iPhone oversaturates colors causing amateurs to think this is lifelike.

Great review. Surprisingly iPhone camera > Samsung cameras this year.

    Well Done Apple.

iPhone's videos were just over-saturated so people can easily think that the eye-popping colors of iPhone's videos are better than the note8. Moreover, iPhone's quality of sound recording still sucks since the birth of it compared to its competitors.
